Serafina attended UCVTS and enrolled in their Graphic Design program, completing high school with early graduation and earning multiple certificates in graphic design. During her senior year, she studied graphic design at Kean University before transferring to Rutgers University, where she pursued philosophy and writing.

During high school, Serafina built and managed a personal social media platform that grew to over 50,000 followers (she has since retired this account), securing brand partnerships across lifestyle, and wellness, including SandCloud. This early experience gave her firsthand insight into content creation, audience growth, and digital influence well before social media became a mainstream career path.

In 2021, leveraging her background in graphic design and social media, Serafina founded her own digital marketing agency while working as Marketing Director for a real estate firm. Over the next five years, she scaled her agency into a six-figure business, working with clients both locally and internationally. After years of working together, she merged her agency with Start Monday Media.
