Purpose and elegance met effortlessly on December 3rd at Monmouth Conservation Foundation’s annual Holiday Style Luncheon and Shopping Spree at Shadowbrook in Shrewsbury. As expected, it was nothing short of exceptional. For nearly fifty years, MCF has championed the preservation of Monmouth County’s natural land. The luncheon brought together supporters and community leaders to celebrate the season and reinforce the foundation’s important work.

Guests enjoyed exclusive access to an eco-friendly boutique shopping experience filled with fashion, home décor, fragrances, gourmet treats, and artisan pieces - many thoughtfully upcycled or sustainably made. The afternoon’s program included a talk by the highly captivating guest speaker, Danny Seo, whose insight into sustainable living felt both timely and inspiring. Attendees also enjoyed a surprise fashion show presented by Rumson’s Ann Pennington the new owner of the Trademark Boutique in Little Silver, a destination well worth a visit!

Even in the beautifully appointed ballroom, the shared sense of purpose stood out most. Guests left with full bags (and even fuller hearts), proving that sometimes the most meaningful gifts are the ones we give back to our community.
